When do you need help?

The right time to seek psychiatric help is when :-

1)You are not comfortable with yourself in facing a few or most life situations.

2)You or your friends and family members observe changes in your thoughts,behaviour or emotions.

3)You experience significant distress in dealing with day to day activities.

4)Your mental condition prohibits you from discharging your duties adequately towards yourself,your family or your occupation.

5)You are already visiting a psychiatrist or psychologist and still not satisfied with your progress.
